I am very sorry for the lack of posts, but we have had a busy few weeks.
We just moved into a new apartment last week and had barely gotten unpacked and settled before we had to dash off upstate to a wedding over Labor Day weekend.
I will have pictures to post soon, and I am pleased to say our new apartment is coming together nicely. I am most excited about the dishwasher, our new furniture (including a dining table--no more TV trays!), and the long-awaited arrival of my Kitchenaid mixer, who had been relegated to my in-laws garage for the last three years.
Now, I just need to decide on a recipe for the mixer's inaugural whirl...
